Who We Are

Agile Project Management Advisors (Agile PMA) is a project management firm established in early 2017 in the Emirate of Dubai (United Arab Emirates) which has succeeded in less than a year in expanding its service territories to cover the Emirates of Abu Dhabi and Ras al-Khaima (United Arab Emirates), Qatar, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and Egypt with three offices in those territories and targeting further expansion before the end of 2020.

Agile PMA believes that it is the ideal time to apply advanced approaches in project management and to exploit the innovation of agile techniques. Agile is not a methodology but an approach that can utilize a variety of methodologies. Agile uses organizational models based on people, collaboration and shared values.

The Agile Manifesto outlines the primary tenets of the Agile philosophy. It uses rolling wave planning, iterative and incremental delivery, rapid and flexible response to change, and open communication between teams, stakeholders and customers. Agile is a method of delivering projects by empowering and trusting people, acknowledging change as the norm, and promoting constant feedback.

The idea of establishing Agile PMA was inspired by the UAE government who have promoted continuous development and given encouragement to developers and investors, young and up-and-coming ones in particular. The existing mega projects and those other projects scheduled in the UAE 2030 plan provide motivation for any young investors to start investing in this expanding market.

Although Agile PMA is a young company in the project management industry, it is managed by a team with almost Ninety years of cumulative experience working within the GCC region in the fields of construction project management in terms of practice, training and consultancy.

In addition to that, Agile PMA is operated by a team of PMP (Project Management Professional) certified staff from the Project Management Institute (PMI®) USA and Members and Associates of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb®) UK.

Agile PMA exists to ensure that there is always a solution. We do this by simplifying complex problems and overcoming obstacles to help our clients innovate with peace of mind.
