Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, evaluate, negotiate and, execute all types of contracts, including but not limited to formal, short-form, and annual contracts.
• Advise and assist the Management and Projects on contractual matters.
• Attend Project meetings where necessary and provide advice on contractual matters.
• Assist the Project Manager in mitigating and performing risk assessment in contracts.
• Ensure proper project closeout and any contract-related requirements.
• Provide the necessary guidance to members of the contracts team on contractual issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, civil is preferred.
• 10 years of experience on construction projects with experience in managing multi-discipline medium-sized contracts in the GCC Region.
• The candidate should preferably be an Arabic and English speaker.
