Business Development Executive - Legal Background (Arabic Speaker)

A Business Development Executive, with Legal Background, is required for our Dubai Office. Candidate shall provide support to day-to-day activities in Dubai Office to establish long-term strategic partnerships with the legal firms concerning Agile PMA's Dispute Management Services.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in business development activities and marketing including identifying and pursuing strategic partnerships opportunities & Negotiations.
  • Support in conducting due diligence, building a network of contacts, and evaluating potential partnerships and existing clients.
  • Liaising with law firms and lawyers to introduce the company's dispute management services and the related ways of cooperation.
  • Contacting potential clients/legal firms to arrange introductory meetings.
  • Maintain a knowledgeable understanding of changing regulatory guidelines and mandates affecting the industry.
  • Creates and delivers compelling, customer-specific presentations via physical and online meetings.
  • Participate in business meetings, preparing quotes/proposals, and following up on potential customers' agreements.
  • Attending related events including trade fairs and conferences as assigned by the management.

Qualifications

  • A University Degree in Law (is preferable).
  • Valid UAE driving license (with Car preferred).
  • 2-3 Years of relevant experience in Legal business development, preferably in construction disputes/lawsuits.
  • Arabic speaking is a must, English is preferable.
  • Understanding the litigation proceedings is preferable.
  • Strong presentation skills, effective communication, and excellent negotiation skills are mandatory.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships.
  • Reliable ability to organize, plan and prioritize.
  • Computer proficiency (Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
  • Ability to visit clients and potential customer offices.
  • CRM experience is preferred.
