Owner’s Representation

As the owner’s representative, Agile PMA monitors, controls and advises the owner regarding the status of the project in terms of time, cost and quality of construction. Our services includes selection of and negotiations with consultants, designers and contractors, project budgeting and scheduling, and the monitoring and controlling of project delivery.

Agile PMA tailors the owner’s representation services to fit the client’s project needs, keeping the project’s costs down by complementing the owner’s own in-house staff and capabilities. Our services start from the pre-construction stage up to the close-out of project.
